Crumple-Free - Aiming at streamlined, well-balanced and toned body.

Hard Core Freak - Bootcamp training, leave your core harder after every class, the real way.

One Sided - For those who play one sided sports, Golf, racquet games, rugby, baseballs and etc. To balance you up.

Pilates Physique - Pilatique's Signature Mat-Class, focusing evenly on your spinal flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion, it's a well-balanced workout.

Rollie-Polly - Enhance your Matwork routine with the versatile Foam Roller. Improve your body awareness and and control with this dynamic workout.

Strike a Balance - Challenge your balance and coordination with a variety of props like Stability Ball, BOSU and Foam Roller.

  Small Apparatus Description  
 

Arc Barrel - An essential equipment for aligning and mobilizing the spine, improving posture and developing balance and control. Stott Pilates Barrels are used to modify or enhance a wide variety of exercises. Arc Barrel is designed to fully support the body, allowing for multi-dimensional movements through a full range of motion.

Flex-Bands - It is used to add upper and lower body resistance to mat-work and stimulate many of the moves performed on a reformer.

Weighted-Balll - The soft, weighted balls fit comfortably into the palm of the hand. Incorporate into mat-work routines to increase intensity and bring awareness to shoulder girdle stability for target desired muscle groups.

Fitness Circle - It features firm resistance and molded latex-free grips. We use Fitness Circle to help clients maintain proper alignment and to increase pro-prioceptive awareness.

Stability Ball - One of the equipment designed to activate core stability and enhance functional fitness. Performing exercises on an unstable base of support engages deep stabilizing muscles to maintain body position, increasing workout efficiency and delivering faster results, all while expanding workout options.

Foam Roller - Traditionally used for therapeutic purposes, the Foam Roller, made of high-density foam, adds resistance to simple exercises, enhances balance, and help develop movements awareness and core stability.

Soft Gym Ball - Sized about 1/6 of a stability ball, served as an effective prop to challenge stability and balance. Its soft surface is comfortable is friendly. It has similar functions of a stability ball plus helping to challenge smaller muscles due to it's "limited" surface.

1. Please make reservation for any class you would like to attend. Reservation is on first come first serve basis.

2. We accept bookings for paid sessions only.

3. 24-hrs notice applies if not your session will be charged.

4. Wearing socks is compulsory in all classes. You are required to buy socks from the studio if you forget.

5. The Instructor of the class reserves the right to deny your entry if you are late for class.
